Sailing trip 4

Arrival and embarkation on the yacht in Fethiye. During a welcome cocktail you will get to know the crew and your fellow travelers. In Fethiye you can take a walk to the Lycian rock tombs or to ancient Telmessos. Overnight stay in the port of Fethiye.

Cast off after breakfast! We enter the world of 12 islands in the bay of Göcek.
Here we have the opportunity to relax in countless beautifully situated bays. Relax while swimming, snorkeling and enjoy the time far away from the stress at home.
First we visit the Tersane Island and afterwards you can marvel at the enchanting scenery of the Cleopatra Bath (Batikhammam). Here we also spend the night.

After breakfast drive to a bathing bay with opportunity for swimming, snorkeling and
lazing around. After lunch we will drive to the natural harbor of Aga, where you will have the opportunity to do a
small island walk. The enchanting bay will also provide the backdrop for dinner.

You will leave early for Ekincik, a bay near the mouth of the Dalyan River. From here you can take an optional day trip to Dalyan (+/- 35 € p.p.). You will have the opportunity to visit the ancient city of Kaunos, the Lycian rock tombs and the famous mud bath, which is said to have rejuvenating powers, on small excursion boats. Upstream along the reed-lined riverbanks, you will soon recognize the rock tombs, which date back to the ancient people of the Carians.

After breakfast we will set off in the direction of Marmaris. You will have the opportunity to swim in the bay of Turunc. This afternoon you will have the opportunity to explore the old town of Marmaris and buy some souvenirs for home at the big bazaar. In one of the numerous bays in front of Marmaris we will finish the rest of the day.

Early in the morning we start back towards the archipelago of Göcek. After breakfast we sail to Bedri Rahmi bay where you can admire a rock painting left by a Turkish artist. There are also some small rock tombs to admire here.
Afterwards we continue to one of the numerous bays near Göcek.we spend the night in one of the beautiful bays.

After a morning swim stop we come back to the port of Fethiye after lunch. If you like, you can also make an excursion to the Saklikent Gorge and the ancient city of Tlos (+/-35 EUR p.p.) directly after breakfast. Back in Fethiye, a visit to a Turkish hamam may be on the agenda. For the gentlemen, the visit to the barber is an absolute must.

A last breakfast on board before saying goodbye to the crew. Transfer to the airport to Dalaman.
